Bethesda Releases DOOM and DOOM II for Android to Celebrate 25th Anniversary

DOOM is celebrating its 25th anniversary, and to commemorate the milestone, Bethesda has published both DOOM and DOOM II to Google Play for Android devices. It’s a beautiful day in Hell, folks!

Both titles are priced at $4.99, though, you’ll notice the DOOM II release features 20 additional levels made by the ever-loving DOOM community. It also offers local multiplayer and local co-op play.

Of course, if you didn’t already know, those who own a SHIELD TV can play DOOM 3: BFG Edition, which includes DOOM 3, plus the first two DOOM titles. It runs great, too.

Stop reading and go kill demons.

Dr. Mario World Now Available on Android a Day Early!

Dr. Mario World Now Available on Android a Day Early!

Dr. Mario World wasn’t supposed to arrive on Android until July 10, but I’ve got good news for you – it’s available now! We’re a day early in the US, folks, so let’s all get to doctoring.

The game, like old Dr. Mario games, is a puzzle game where you spin and match-up capsules by color to eliminate viruses. This is an adventure version, though, so you’ll progress by jumping around a map and stages. There are plenty of famous Nintendo characters within, like Dr. Peach and Bowser, different worlds to clean up, and a versus mode for battling friends.

The game is free to play and has Google Play Games integration, just be aware that there are in-app purchases. Nintendo also says that you need a persistent internet connection in order to play it.

There’s a Solid Game Sale Happening on Google Play Right Now

There’s a Solid Game Sale Happening on Google Play Right Now

Always looking for another game title to waste some time on, I stumbled across a pretty substantial game sale on Google Play this week, featuring over 120 games with reduced pricing.

A lot of the games I haven’t heard of, but there are a few big titles in there, as well as a few classic gems. For me, the big names include Stardew Valley, This Is The Police, Whale Trail Classic, Spirit HD, and Zombie Night Terror.

What’s nice is that this sale is not only reduced pricing, but some of the titles are marked as free for a limited time, instead of being behind a paywall. Free is always a good deal!

If you need a few new apps to spend your Opinion Rewards cash on, check out some of the titles below.

Human: Fall Flat Launches for Android, Priced at $5

Human: Fall Flat Launches for Android, Priced at $5

Human: Fall Flat is now available for Android and iOS, after what I’m pretty sure was years on desktops and gaming consoles.

I’m as unfamiliar with the game as you may be, but in it, you are tasked with solving increasingly difficult fantastical puzzles in a world where the laws of physics are quite real.

According to the game’s description, you can walk, jump, grab anything, climb anything, and carry anything. However, mastering these moves will be your first challenge. If the game’s reviews are any clue, it will indeed be a challenge.

Human: Fall Flat is priced at $4.99. Check it out and report back.

Build Your Own Meth Empire in the New ‘Breaking Bad’ Game

Build Your Own Meth Empire in the New ‘Breaking Bad’ Game

Breaking Bad was a kickass TV show. Building upon that franchise, a new game for Android called Breaking Bad: Criminal Elements is available for Android, allowing you to build up your meth empire.

Now, the game never says you’re making drugs in your fancy chemistry labs, only that you’re making “product.” I think we all know what they’re referring to, though. Like other build-your-base games, you will start off low on the boards with minimal money coming in, but after grinding the game and putting a few bodies 6ft. deep, your control of the “product” underworld will soon grow.

I don’t know about y’all, but the app’s description makes me think America is morally bankrupt. That could just be the liberal cuck in me, though.

Start your career under the wings of the legendary duo, Walter White and Jesse Pinkman, and help them transform their fledgling operation from stolen chemistry
